International students from around the world study in Ukraine. This is not surprising because of the quality of training meets international standards, and the price of tuition is lower than in the most other countries.
Rivne is the largest city in Rivne region. It is also the well-known student, cultural, industrial and scientific center.
RSUH is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine that prepares professionals in more than 50 specialties.
International Education Department in RSUH allows foreign students to learn Ukrainian, prepare them for entering at RSUH or studying in any university in Ukraine.
Preparatory courses in Ukrainian language
Admission of international students is carried out all year round (according to rules). The duration of study is 7-10 months, during which students learn Ukrainian language and get basic knowledge.
Tuition of studying consists from 700 USD per year.

Considering the dangerous situation caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, we report the following:
| Foreigners can participate in remote (on-line) admission if they: – have received an invitation to study registered in the Automated System “Electronic Journal” of a State-owned enterprise authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; – have received a set of information and consulting support services, and have received a visa to enter Ukraine (except for citizens of visa-free entry countries) for the purpose of study; – have carried out the procedure of education documents legalization in the country of their issuance: have carried out legalization in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country that issued the education document; have carried out legalization in the consular department of a diplomatic institution of Ukraine abroad (consular legalization or apostille). |
In the case of remote admission, the foreigner sends legalized and notarized copies of documents on previous education to the University by postal services (https://www.dhl.com, https://novaposhta.ua & etc)
At the first crossing of the state border of Ukraine and after arrival at the University, the foreigner brings the original documents in person.
